dmn Visualiser (“the Service”) is operated by Daemonicos Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. For enquiries, contact help@dmnweb.com.
dmn Visualiser is currently in beta for the first year of operation. During this period, features may change, and you may encounter bugs or unexpected behaviour. We welcome all feedback, bug reports, crash reports, and feature suggestions at help@dmnweb.com.
dmn Visualiser is a browser-based, real-time audio visualiser available at dmnvis.com. It analyses audio input from your device and renders visual effects in your web browser. All audio processing occurs locally on your device; no audio data is transmitted to our servers.
The Service offers a 5-minute free preview (up to 5 uses per device). Full access to all visual scenes requires a one-time payment: $1.00 USD (introductory price for the next 75 users after the free allocation), then $5.00 USD. The first 75 users receive free lifetime access. Payment is processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Daemonicos Limited.
Free-tier slots are counted from users with verified email addresses only. Accounts pending email verification are reserved but do not decrement the public free-slot counter until verification completes. If all free slots fill while a reservation is pending verification, the reservation is released and the user is offered the current paid tier.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Service is available and maintained by Daemonicos Limited. It does not constitute a perpetual or irrevocable licence.
A Pro version is planned for 2027. Pricing, features, and full terms will be announced closer to launch.
Existing scene access from a one-time purchase will be retained regardless of subscription status.
Users may optionally leave a tip of any amount. Tips are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
You must create an account to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

All code, visual effects, designs, and content comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Daemonicos Limited. Purchasing access does not transfer any ownership rights.
Daemonicos Limited reserves the right to modify the Service, its features, or pricing at any time. Existing paid users will retain the access level they purchased. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Daemonicos Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
These visual effects include bright and/or flashing content. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, please consult a medical professional before use.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment for any reason.
To request a refund, email help@dmnweb.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Upon refund of a one-time purchase, your access to paid scenes will be revoked. You may continue to use the free preview.
Cancellation and refund terms for the future Pro subscription will be published when Pro launches. A one-time scene purchase made before Pro is available is unaffected by any future subscription.
Tips are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
Daemonicos Limited may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting help@dmnweb.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
